15-Day Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return due to a change of mind or personal preference.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and include its original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. The product should not show damage or excessive use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and evaluate it.

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming product, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your product:

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, as required by applicable law.
If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Our 15-day return policy does not limit or replace any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
Returns may not be accepted for products that have been damaged, altered, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Gift cards and products that are legally excluded from return may not be eligible for a refund.

Sale Items
Sale and promotional items are eligible for returns under our standard 15-day return policy, unless a different return policy is clearly stated before the purchase is completed and is permitted by applicable law.
Discounts or promotional pricing do not affect any rights or remedies that may apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you may return your original order under this policy and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming product, Classic Pixel will cover the applicable return shipping costs as required by law.
International Orders
This return policy is intended primarily for orders shipped to customers in the United States.
If an order is shipped to a country where local consumer protection laws provide additional or different return rights, those legal rights will apply where required.
